Training and services

Introductory Training

1 X 2 HOURS

Introduces the Pyramid Model to educator teams. Online: $660/educator team. Face to face: $780 per educator team.

Full Pyramid Model Training

28 HOURS

4 full days or 8 x 3.5 hour sessions (Friday Mixed Group Online 2026 Semester 2). Online: $1540/person ex GST ($55 per hour). Face to face: $1820/person.

Tier 1 & 2 Pyramid Model Training

15 HOURS

Online 5 x 3 hour sessions: $829/person. Face to face as 2 full days: $975/person.

Single Tier Training

7 HOURS

Choose Relationships, Environments, Social Emotional or Intensive Intervention. $385 online / $455 face to face per person. Prerequisite for Intensive Intervention is completion of all other tiers.

Practice-Based Coaching

COACHING

$432 for 1.5hr online session or $750 for 3hr face to face session, per person or small service team.

Supporting Resilience in Young Children

1 X 3 HOURS ONLINE

Explore trauma-informed care and the Pyramid Model. $165/person. Date: TBA.

Pyramid Model Coaching Training

ONE DAY

Prepares coaches to deliver Practice-Based Coaching. $550/person. Date: TBA.

Train the Trainer — TPOT

TWO DAYS

Train and certify trainers to conduct user reliability training on the TPOT™, conducted through the Pyramid Model Consortium. $862.50/person. Date: TBA, bespoke.

TPOT Assessment

3 HOURS

Face to face, includes classroom observation, educator interview and report. $886/person.

E-modules

SELF-PACED

$77/person. We recommend including at least two follow-up coaching sessions.

Introduction for Families & Committees

2 HOURS

Introduce the Pyramid Model to families and/or committee members. $660 online / $780 face to face per educator team.

Positive Solutions for Families

SEVEN SESSIONS

Evidence-based, family-friendly workshop for professionals working with families of children ages 2–5. Contact us for a quote or booking.

Tier 1 a & b

7 HOURS

Introduction — Overview & Universal Supports: nurturing and responsive relationships; inclusive relationships with children, families and team members.

Tier 1 c & d

7 HOURS

Universal Supports: high-quality, inclusive early care and education environments and supportive home environments.

Tier 2 a & b

7 HOURS

Secondary Prevention: targeted social-emotional supports, explicit instruction, self-regulation, emotions, relationships and problem-solving.

Tier 3 a & b

7 HOURS

Tertiary Intervention: family-centred comprehensive interventions, assessment-based practice and skill-building.
